Missing character from party and i can't fight in events

Hi,

I don't know were to post anymore to somebody answer me. I have issues with my account: lost BR, my character is not in party anymore and i can't fight in Arena, Gauntlet, Com, Final Stand and other events were i have to fight. Someone from LOA team told me that i have a problem with my account, after your IT departament checked my account, the problem is i didn't hear from you since 2 weeks, and my account is still with issues. How much i have to wait till my i account will be fixed? I can't play like this, from rank 3 in COM, i'm 15 and i can't do nothing about that.
