System stole me 350 normal candy

I bought a fuse gem from hallowen shop and system instead of taking 250 normal candy, took all of them(around 500-550) and left me with zero.

Pls fix it.

also in craft master, at craft, at mythic origin crystall, the first icon on he craft list is mythic crystall instead of celestial.

Depends on the lvl of gem you've traded. Lvl. 8 gems does indeed cost 250 normal candies, lvl. 9 gems cost 450, lvl. 10 750, lvl. 11 850

i bought a lvl 8 fuse gem and as i already told, instead of keeping 80 evil candy and 250 normal, system took 80 evil candy and all of my normal candy (around500) and left me with zero. Got it?
i am asking you, once again to check it out on your own and RETURN me the stolen normal candies

First of all, no where in your previous statement am I seeing level 8 fused gem.

If you are certain you bought a level 8 fused gem instead of another level, you need to file a ticket @ support.r2games.com.
