/i recharged 1k diamonds . all good. But it didn't count in "recharge history" event. i had to recharge 2k diamonds for the bonus and after the 1k recharge i still have 2k diamonds. Why ?

If the event shows single recharge, need to recharge that amount in a single purchase, and it will work.
If your payment was succesfull and still the hot event button did not let you collect it, refresh/clear cache and cookies and try again, if that doesn't work as well, please make a ticket explaining your problem there and add a screen-shot too please.
