hello.for several days now when i collect demonic treasure in final stand(with diamonds also) i dont collect khaos core and khaos chests.i get the coins but not the rest

same here ive spent 450 diamonds to find that out
first i tought ive used open all and ive used them, then next day i paid again to find out after that i dont have them, and today after paying again 175 dias (75 for 1 and 100 for 2nd) i opened inventory and sow i saw tricked again!!
please either give back the diamonds or give me my 6x purple khaos chest.
ive sent ticket trough the system but i guess it doesnt work
