Navigation King got bug?

I spent today on the navigation king event shown that I'm getting to lv.7 and all the rewards get from didn't go to my Char box... when would be receive these rewards from the inventory listed? it's some kind of bug?

You will need to file a ticket for missing items and post a screenshot of your inventory.
