Went to collect my monthly card diamonds and it says 0 days left. Pretty sure I was not at 0...but I recharged 1k anyway and still not working. Get an error message. I have seen several others reporting this on GTA forums as well. This needs fixed asap.

After expiration of previous card, i recharged today 1000 diamonds and the new card was not activated, it gives this error when clicking:
[-4900202]
Please fix ASAP !!!

No idea of the ticket number, since i never receive a reply from support.....NEVER have received ticket number with new ticket systemComment

Same here Swarmy..the new ticket system is ****. They say they need to send to my email but never do. However, Gurothos said he reported it...but the devs are on weekend as usual so don't expect a fix until sometime Monday at the earliest.
