  • Ticket System

    I have had to enter support tickets several times since the new system went into effect.
    I get this every time, An email has been sent to xxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx, please follow the link in the email to continue, however I have never ONCE received an email from support.
    Checked my email settings, and i have no blocked addresses, nor are they going into my spam folders. Have tried with my work email, as well as my registered game address.
    Can a forum mod check into this, and post a remedy to this issue?

    Sadly, I believe it's cause of the new update.
    Will ask about it ( had other issues with players not knowing their ticket number cause of not receiving one, nor the email ).

      with the old system, u could view open tickets, is there not a way to do that now?

        I did receive an answer which said that the current ticket system works fine now.
        Just gotta wait for the email to come.

          no, it doesn't, has been hours since I placed 2 separate tickets, and still no email with ticket number

            Over 12 hours since i opened 2 separate tickets, STILL no acknowledgement from support. Anyone know how to view ticket status with the new ticket system?

              You can wait 24h for a member Staff to reply, and there you will see your ticket number too ( at the bottom of the email ).
              If you don't want to wait, please click on my signature to solve that issue.

                I haven't submitted a ticket in quite some time..but I know I tried to submit a couple after the whole "wait for an email" response. I never ever received the emails. Since I don't have any ticket items to submit now..guess I will have to play wait and see if it works when needed in the future
