I have plusieur bug to collect prices(prizes) that I little to have

1) On only choice on hot vent(blowhole) jai good to spend 1000 diams and I little to collect that has 300 1000 diams on the photo 1 and on the photo diams and 2 you see good that I have well to spend diams


2) On beach treasure I am 4th in the classification(ranking) and I little not to collect my price(prize) as you voyer on the photo

From what I can understand

1) Your saying you've spent 1k diamonds and cannot collect the spending rewards?
2) Your saying you've placed 4th in BT and cannot collect prize?

Answers

1) You would need to file a ticket to support or try reuploading your screenshots along with your server and IGN.
2) Make sure you've met the points requirement for both the normal and advanced prize.
