Lost passive skill level when inherit to Dragon Mistress!!!!

Yesterday I inherit Fame Hunter into my Dragon Mistress, my Fame Hunter's passive skills were all max level (lvl 7, lvl 7, lvl 10), when I open Dragon Mistress skill window to upgrade the lvl 7 skills, as her max levels are lvl 10, I noticed she had no 3rd skill in the training window, even though she shows a 3rd passive skill in the character window, as shown by my screenshot, therefore I have lost a lvl 10 3rd passive skill, very unhappy about this.
