suport ticket working?

i send 3 ticket suports until now,no answear,i payed for 500 diamonds and didnt get them until now,have been 6 hours from than.have print screen with proof of paying,but noone aswear to my tickets and give me my diamonds.

Usual time for getting answer on a ticket is 24/72 hours. Please have a little patience.
