bug report for elemental zone.

i click to enter the elemental zone, then the moment i click on an island, it takes me right back to the very beginning of the game with no stats, character name or items or anything. even if i refresh it stays the same as before. i have to log out and go to my server again just to get back all my stuff. please fix this bug. thank you. i play on server 13.
