    group buy problem

    the group buy event ended last night at midnight. the button has gone and now we cant collect settlement or lottery winnings. this is complete B.S. how do i know if i won the diamonds in lottery or not? i don't! please fix this or compensate.

        Well it was meant to be the "settlement" day when we are given back the excess pay for the purchase as well as the announcement of the diamond lottery.
        It is a problem to everyone and if you can, please forward our complaints to the developer.

          The issue was reported, however the event was removed like in the middle of the day ( half day ).
          I think everyone had time to log after 30 minutes after reset to collect it ( wether they were working or not ).
          It's nothing we can do now, and seeing no reaction from the devs, no compensation or anything will be done/sent.
          Let's hope they did fix it and this group buy that is today won't dissapear the same on the settlement day.

              every time i send a support ticket, all they do is say, "try thiss..., try that..., instead of just fixing the problem." and then they wonder why people stop playing r2games... it doesnt work, just fix the damn problem, compensate, and be done with it. how hard is that to do? not at all. not everyone can be up until after reset to collect settlement and lottery. i had work early in the morning, so i was asleep way before reset. and had to get up, get ready, and goto work. i work all day long, they need to compensate because its B.S.

                2. Stop blaming developers for your incompetence
                3. Stop giving us advises about how and when we should play the game
                4. "Lets hope" never works, always appears another bug that ruins the playing experience

                  1st off, i did not get the rewards sent to me
                  2nd off, i didnt tell nobody when or how to play
                  3rd it is the developers fault
                  so go talk about something that ur right about
