valentine party problem

server S280 today 30 minut before team arena started i start valentine party but when party finished i didnt receive rewards ( refreshed game x4 but still nothing) can you check what is the problem ? and i am not only who happens this. thanks

just want to inform i got my lovers party chest in 14:12 server time ( 3 hours after i activate party). but i am not sure that is mine or that is from my wife ( maybe she activated party later ) i was offline on that time .
