Unable to use actual account to post in forum AND Homestead bug

Hi support,

I am facing few issues.
1. If I use my original account (email / password) to login to r2games.com, I can play game but I cannot use the same credentials to login in this forum.
This is the dummy account I am using to post.

Server: S213 City of Gallows
Char: Guinier

2. I raised a ticket regarding this but didnt receive any e-mail. I don't know where to check my open ticket also.

3. Homestead issue. I am unable to visit commons area with Forge and Shop since yesterday's update. Others are not facing this it seems.
What I get is a black screen.

Please look into this.

On further research I found out only those who chose Homestead on the northern city are having this issue.
We also have the homestead chat and others don't.
