Did not receive my Explore Gem Enhancement 50k for 12-19-2015

I did not receive my Explore Gem Enhancement hot event reward for completing 50k gem points for 12-19-2015.
No matter how much i clicked that Collect button nothing happened.
I got the 20k and others below it, but the 50k one i did not get.
I worked on it for a couple hrs on and off throughout the day and finally finished it around 10 pm server time.

I would kindly like to have the rewards, it can easily be checked that i completed the task.

How do you take a screenshot for a past event?
If they have the ability to see completed events in GTA platform for sure R2games will also have that ability...

I just need a screenshot that you have reached 50k points that day which could be found in the 'yesterday' ranking tab.

Wow didn't even know that tab existed.
And its been 3 days already. It only covers previous day.
Anyway m sure they have a way to find out completed objectives, as i did collect the reward from the gemology screen so when they see that that should be enough proof that i reached 50k.

Also have another issue i did not receive my TOTAL REWARD for 5k recharge. Got my diamonds and other hot events rewards just not TOTAL REWARD.
I have sent in a ticket for this latest issue with screenshots attached but i did not receive an e-mail confirmation that my ticket was received or is being processed.
