S286 cross server and zodiac bugged

Hi,
In S286 blackford, both zodiac and cross server is bugged.

None of us was able to enter CS for the past 2-3 days.
In the zodiac, when you go smelt your aegis shards, they get consumed but the selected zodiac does not increase in lvl but you do loose your shards .
