Where are new Spire levels?

The update said new levels to spire. I had completed all available levels prior...but there are no new levels. What happened?

We're able to pass spire lvl 21, this is image of the boss (21-10) which isn't translated yet.


But we're unable to go past spire lvl 22-1:

Right now 22-2 is the highest.
