Delayed recharge

Hello. I did 100$ recharge and still didnt get it.

i filled up ticket asweel, after 2h passed after recharge and still nothing.

Plz fix it as soon as possible, because i will miss Angel chest event.

Still dont have diamonds

Now i see my mistake, i was on my alternative account on S-14 server to peep in upcoming hot events and regular events, and when i did recharge while i was logged on my main account it didnt switched automaticaly to recharge on my main S-119 server account.
Can you remove diamonds from alt on S-14 and transfer them to my main on S-119.

Diamonds can not be transferred. You may file a ticket to billing to see if they are willing to.
