evolving and elemental stats

Hi,
ive got a question.

I have amazon hunter with high lvl elemental stats.

If i upgrade her to amzaon hawker, do the elemntal stats gets resetted to lvl 1 all or do i keep here current stats?
if noy its a waste of alot of element crystals .
