Home Stead Bug

Last couple days the home stead farm, mine, and logging timer always red even something shows up there it's never more than 5. It's even worse than before this feature updated. Now it's really hard to get anything and have to wait hours to finish up the quest. It's bugged or it is meant to be like that? Sometimes it grows 1 item per hour and another time I waited 4 hours just to get 2 items in the screen.

It is supposed to be 1 item per hour to collect. The 10 per hour was a bug and is now fixed. If you don't get 1 per hour, please try to get a few screenshots.
