recharged 500 diamonds it was successful but did not get the diamonds

I purchased $5 diamonds and it was successful but i did not received the said diamonds in my account.
So i went to the live chat support of Xsolla to report it and they said there was nothing wrong at their end and it was a successful purchase.

Yes, I received the diamonds awhile ago. although i missed the omnipotence hot events yesterday, but atleast i got the diamonds back. Thanks!
