          Was good with the old system ticket. You can see the tickets that U submittted just loggin to account and check ticket history. NOw I cannot find the ticket history

            All support tickets successfully created will be sent a confirmation email along with the ticket#. It will be sent to the email associated with the account. If the account is registered through facebook, the email will be sent to your facebook email. You can try searching 'R2games Support Elves' in your email's search box to find all tickets and replies from R2games.

              I did search and last ticket e-mail answer is from 2015/05/5. So I did not recieved any e-mail regarding my sittuation. ALthrough, the tikcket was succedfully created because I saw ''Thank you......your ticket number is '' on suport page.

                Ok let's put it this way:I recharged ,I pay on december 2015,I got dias for recharge but on the 09.01.2016 they are missing. So far U are ingnoring me. So I have payed then You can steal thouse items?. My patience is running verry low now. Almoust 20 days w/o any help. I'm thinking about a callback transaction since noone here wants to help/give back my items. It's so hard to help a player? I don't want something that is not mine, I just want my items back-I have payed for them. Hope it will be fixed soon, thank's, have a good day.

                  Not a single official position? I will w8 until wendsday. After that, I have to withdraw my money payed for this transaction. Seems either U reccharge ,either free player, suport does not exist. Seems like a scam to me.

                    If you cant tell us the ticket number you may pm me your email adress and I will forward it. They will reference the ticket based on your email address.

                            nothing yet. If they do they will reply back to your ticket or email address.

                            update: they checked your email and found a ticket from 9 months ago. nothing recent was shown in the logs.

                              i HAVE TALKED TO BANCK AND PAYPALL. tHEY SAID IF THIS SITTUATION WILL NOT REMEDI i CAN CALL BACK THE TRANSACTION. i WIL TRY (AGAIN)SUBMIT A TIKET. hOPEFULLY THIS TIME IT WILL SORT AND REMEDY. tHANK yOU RUBEDO,i WILL POST HERE THE TICKET NUMBER.
