Inferno 95

I wouldn't sure to describe this as bugged or wrong input of monster level into inferno 95. Happens in:
S2 - Sylvia's Copse
Timezone: EST Timezone
IGN: Erica
Herewith, the attached image below for inferno 95( Lowly Dungeon Mobs level 45). Following, inferno 90 ( mobs level 80)
In advance, please check. All mobs are listed as Lvl 45 - Lowly Dungeon Mobs. First time encountered when it was released. Inferno 90 is level 80 mob? Ever since, nobody enters. Sorry for no pictures.
