Cross-server alliance

If you leave an alliance it's suppose to take 24 hours before you can join another alliance again correct?



as shown above

But why is it that after 30mins or so later I'm in new alliance that I didn't apply to? as shown below.

It's been doing that since 00:23 approx. time when I left my first alliance.

I ask the leader Nihilist to kick me, as shown below I have a timer no chance for me to apply and join another alliance
