Please fix Pandoras Mail

For majority of the players on Server UB4 our Pandoras Mail still does not work properly. Ultimate Dodge never triggers after being killed. I have it equipped on 3 of my heroes and it hasn't worked yet for either of them. Please help and fix this problem. Thank You

Yes it is annoying, also last 2 gauntlets been goofed up, some of the clothing is not giving us the true br points on spirit follage and others....we need these items fixed...we are almost a dead server and need something done about this instead of adding new servers does not make sense
