Filing a ticket will get you nowhere, I lost my Angel Statue and EVERYTHING else when it bugged during a "Reset All" push. None of my decorations went into my "Storage" but it removed them from my Homestead Map. I had to start from scratch because they wouldn't do anything about it. Now, 4 minutes ago, I used 3 Springtime's and they just vanished instead of placing. Gone. Period.
