Not Loading stuck at 31%

Not loading.
Was playing 3 hours ago but won't load now.
Tried clearinf cache and also rebooted m/c but no joy. Still stuck at 31%.
Hmmm seems to be a MS Internet Explorer problem. Works OK on Mozilla Firefox.

This game has severe client/server connection trouble.
Support knows this but chooses to ignore it, and just blames it on users connection and computer.

Your first mistake is using Internet Explorer.
Your second is trusting Norton.
Even Chrome is better than that rubbish.
Try another browser and see if it works.
