Hero Upgrade event is running and the banners running underneath the 'bubble' state the lowest was 9k and the highest was 12k to upgrade.
At 16k mine still hasn't triggered.
Starting to look VERY SCAM-LIKE.

That is nothing, if you pay more attention eventually youll see that after few circles, there are even higher than your current . Unless you havent got full bubble all is fair
