My Character Doesnt Using Skills Good. Ä° have not rage problems only skills i think they are bugged. Only use Blazing Arrow but somethimes. the other Skills Doesnt Using

Try check crosserver war shop and buy emblems which trigger joint and finisher skills, then the other 2 skills ill have higher chance to cast

it will cast with or without emblems but higher probability with cs emblems.

but they are only stay 3 days than expired later i must buy allways emblems ?

As Rubedo said, skill cast randomly, but with emblems, chances are higher . So its up to player, buy them, or not
