in the box to the right of your angel click on the + to add the artifact.Comment

Your " Song of Prosperity " artifact is on a different angel.
Equip that angel, then take the artifact off, and put it on the angel you want after that.

but as u can c in my attached image i unequip all of my artifacts and tried to place song of prosperity in one of my angels and still it says "have been equpped"..Comment

in my attached image i removed all of my artifacts and tried to put my song of prosperity it still didnt work...now even my staff of divinity i could not put into one of my angels... i followed your instructions but it didnt work...Comment
