Is this intended or its a glitch (Khaos Atlas Final stand)

In khaos atlast final stand the br of people showing far less than they usually are so we end up lossing to them and thus we lose some valuable attempts....pls try check this issue as its not the 1st time i encountered this problem and i am not the only one having the issue. Posting some screenshot to check this. In the 2nt pic it shows her br as 5mil and in the 1st pic when i inspect her character its close to 9mil br .

I was told GTA devs are using info provided there from months ago. They just never updated the information afterwards apparently.
