Valentine's day event bugged

I don't know how many people have the same issue but for me the problem is simple :

I am not receiving any love bird after I open box ingame ....

I opened 4 times after the hunting in the 3 locations and both love bird and signal bird are still at 0

I am waiting for the problem to be fixed to go back to open boxes.

if you're right. this event. This bugged. I do not get the (luxuriu gift). I have not, you can. buy in the domestic event. this event need improvements.
They will have to change the (more gift). on the other, which in the future.

Have the same issue here, turns to 0 even it was showing I got 4 singal birds. Not opening anymore boxes til fixed. Hope it'll be fixed before event ended

The "Keep You Company" event does not exist - it went to world boss but no event there.

The birds only show in inventory and not in the valentine's day shop.

The left hand panel of valentine's shop shows the characters worn clothing ???????? don't see why.
