Failed amulet recycle

Amulet recycle failed to work, pics as below.Edit> To clarify this issue was caused by 1 inscription still being socketed, upon removal the recycling worked again, however as shown, the system message in this situation is not displayed in English and therefore can not be understood by myself.

I will report the text, but all you have to do is remove your inscriptions on the amulet and it should be recyclable.

I cant recycle anything in Homestead few days now. Everything is with price: cannot sell.
