Silver Ticket not Award

Hello,

Playing on server 178 and using capsules I have saved up. When playing in the capsule event I hit 10 purple capsules and the silver ticket for that reward level in Toy Achivements was not rewarded. I then tried to see if I could get it to trigger by getting another purple but it did not (see screen shot). My hope is to fix the bug and award my hero a silver ticket for capsule.

place the 2 images. of complete rewards event. the top and bottom. to see if you meet the conditions

The image you provided says it needs 20 purple capsules to collect the silver ticket.
