This is the turn that your Amora hit and when Sagittarius debuff was applied, and it would've worked if your enemies had lower AGILITY then the angel. Basically, Sagittarius was on for 2 turns (3rd and 4th) but the 3rd turn was wasted due to angel hitting after enemies already attacked.
Every x-turn buff/debuff works like this.
