No cross server for more than 2 weeks

This is getting ridicolous, we are players on that server who haven't been able to join cross server for more than 2 weeks now. Now there's a godless wolf event and we can't collect the part were you need 3 cross server to get it, just because we don't get any cross server.

Some solution for this cross server would be nice.

oh my sweet summerchild, s288 is unable to do CS and CS-TA for 2 months now among other things. They are aware of the issue already. My best guess: They don't give a flying p o o about it.
