Wheel of luck bug

I had 38 points for the current wheel of luck...I used all of them and did not receive any credit for them. The event is supposed to last all day. No, I did not take a screen
shot before clicking "use all". What is the problem.
So, I received another wheel of luck...this time I used only 5.....lol, did not get any credit on the Wheel of luck event.

Can anyone assist?

There is no 'use all' button on WoL and Jackpot Lotto Vouchers cannot be used. Are you sure you're not using Card Lotto Vouchers for HoC?
