Angel upgrade roll back

3 days ago I maxed my Theia to ENLIGHTENED with 36k+ in bubble (evo)
Today I find she has gone BACK to IMPERIOUS with 31k in bubble but WITHOUT the 7k+ stones returned.


I posted this in Mega Thread but it's a mess in there and I can't find much.
Support tickets have rarely functioned as they should so I don't bother anymore.

upgraded it a second time about 5 hours ago.


AFTER RESET it has ROLLED BACK AGAIN


expensive bug this one.
So far it has cost over 10 000 Seriph stones
