Server ub3 practically dead, connections suddenly are massively unstable

WB started when I logged back in today and suddenly we are failing to atk, failing to reconnect, server connections are dropping and reconnecting and at the end I can now jump in and out of wb even though it has told me all the bosses are dead.

We are still being dropped over and over again all day today, from reset on to this afternoon. Game just quits responding at random intervals for minutes at a time, forcing refreshes that take more than 10 minutes to reconnect.
