Uhmm, yesterday .. online hours later after post, it was good. No problem.
As for now my time posting now, 6:05 pm GMT time zone, the same again. Perhaps because its update time as per announcement in GTArcade forum as quoted below:

Based on the latest image below, the blue bar that is loading doesn't move unless i keep refreshing.. Every refresh [Does not guarantee the percentage UP, but if success, it
will go up by 1% on every refresh. Unlucky , remains stagnant.
