Okay, maybe I don't get it right but how is it possible for me to be able and collect my reward for my 150k BR but not being able to get the ranking reward for 11-100th spot in BR leaderboard while I was ranked in the first 20 peeps. And yes I submitted a ticket and still not a confirmation mail or anything at all. And yes I asked a Mentor and no actual help or explanation was provided. Am I missing something here? The event ends today and yes I WANT my reward.
