Fortune bag bug

Hi, I have a bug in Fortune Bag. I win 50 Frigg's awakening stone, but i don't see them in my inventory and i can't click in anything when Fortune Bag window is open, even in the window.

I check each icon in my inventory but no one Frigg awakening stone... And fortune bag continue to bug

Yes, I do all the thing they ask me to do but it doesn't change anything, i haven't get my reward...
