Missed Consume/Regain bonus in enchanted ore thanks to this....and probably top 3 in Tycoon. This games incompetency never fails. Whats the point of moderators????? You have a clear issue, screen shots and tickets submitted and nothing gets done about it!!!

Its affected many on different servers, so it appears to be a game problem. I submitted ticket, as have many others I've spoken too.

Is this affecting the whole server you guys are on? tickets are mainly for individual players accounts that are affected so they can look into it. I will forward your concerns but you will still need to file a ticket.

posting in forum is the fastest way we can get in touch with r2 staffs,, cause filing ticket sometimes takes ages to response..
and i assume that this is not just an individual problem.. but a whole game problem

it takes them days if not weeks to respond, at that point Tycoon over. Plus they can't make you whole for the other stuff not getting those bonuses account for...higher place in tycoon, Tycoon daily reward, in my case Consume Regain reward. its absolute bulls*t. You know what is gauranteed to work....limited resource reward or any recharge function. God damn slanted eye f*k*ng criminals!
