Tickets about this WoL bug get buried and we did not intentionally ignore your plight. Actually the compensation offered previously
on Hot Events was the small compensation for players who only got about 150 pts in WoL. And we had to admit that the compensation
for 600 pts was bugged again so devs removed it as soon as they discovered it. We had reported to devs that there’s no qualified compensation
for players who won 600 pts and above. And then, we were informed by develop team that there will be another compensation for players who won
higher pts in WoL. We understand this answer is not clear enough for you. We wish we could offer you more details but unfortunately, after long waiting,
the answer we got from devs was very brief that “before next WoL, there will be another compensation”. We wish devs will return what you deserve. But all we could
do now is to ask for your patience and understanding. If you still have not gotten any compensation within next 5 working days, please send us a reminder, we will follow
it up for you. Thank you. The R2Games Team
