Wheel of Luck - The Prize from the end of the Event cannot be collected

Hey

I have exceeded the 600 points limit to receive both Basic and Super Prizes. Even thought i do not have the option to Collect the prize (it is greyed-out).

Note: I could have noticed that there is a discrepancy between the "Current Points" and the "My Current Points" tiles. Please see below a snapshot.

Please find a way to fix this issue It would be awful to spend a lot of Lotto Vouchers and Diamonds and not being able to redeem the rewards.

I haven't received anything so far, compensation was bugged and new wheel has started...
I'm curious about whether this case is really processed...

I wouldn't ask for myself, but for everyone that is affected (the whole server) and we couldn't collect another compensation too...
I don't mind about compensation issue but what I want more is... for everyone to be able to get what they deserve, nothing more nor less
