Lost element crystal

This is first time i done this so bear with me im not computer savy. Over a month ago i got blade dancer miya. I inhereted from another hero and everything transfered but element crystal. The levels not transferred were 15,15,and 16. I put a ticket in and couldnt get a reply for over month. after a week i just started from scratch cause i didnt want bare here. I just posted again and he got right back with me and told me to come here for a MOD. I spent 15 to 20 thousand dollars in this game and nvr had a problem til now. I would love to get my element crystals back. I estimate about 100 thousand of em. Enough to get to levels 15,15,16. PLEASE HELP ITS BEEN OVER MONTH T
