Angel Mark don't Work !!!

Hello.

I have diams to be able to collect the Angel Mark from the 7days event and now i'm screwed because this item isn't working on my Isolde.

She is Ruby Quality, Titles Red and lv41, after the Holo Crystal 4 Updrade, and allready 4Stars ready to evolve to 5Stars with the mark
But here is the problem :


I need to upgrade it... Can a GM do that to me ?
Pas smy Isolde 5Stars and Remove the mark or Correct that Mark issue ? Its not fair...

EDITION : My Bad the angel Mark item is labelled lv50, wasen't mention in the angel window. You can close the thread^^.

What is your lvl? It may be that you are too low of a lvl.Since using marks need lvl 50.
