craft master ??!!! first place and my rewards ?!!

hello...I have participated in craft master and many cards used to get to the first place !! after the server merges is craft master away !! just like my reward for the first place !!!! I'm pis.sed because I've been saving for months and now I have none of it !! what shoud that ?? I get the reward for possibly the first place promises in craft master !!! ???? im 13.000 thousand points in that !!! please you take care of it that's really unfair MY SErver is == s223 Tolono springs / my charakter name is == Samara..

Please fill a ticket about this issue and wait, in case you got an answer, please reply here with the ticket number and I'll push my superiors to solve it faster.
If you didn't, I'll need the email you used to submit the ticket so we can track down your ticket and solve it.

For anyone missing rewards, if you haven't already, please do send in a ticket.

If you have sent in a ticket, please be patient, they are working on tickets as quickly as they can. If you are still waiting for a reply on Monday, please don't post your email address, just provide the character name and server used in your ticket, and it can be looked up that way.

Please note, the system does not send an email confirmation of a ticket being received. You will receive a ticket number at very the bottom of the email when support replies. As long as you got to the confirmation screen when sending in your ticket, then your ticket was received.

ok M for next time i'll check it but for now problem isn't solved, i ranked #3 in CM but after merge the event was lost as u know, i sended already 2 times the ticket but still no answer, what i must to do? i think they won't solve it :@
