Panda Shards and Dew Drops from Log in

after the merger the Panda shards, and dew drops are missing from the log in... are they coming back are not? skaven s249 (ua 72)

this month by logging in everyday this month we supposed to get panda shards but today after server merge they took away will someone please explain this to me thank u very much my server is s268 crystalwood merge with ua75 thank u for your support and understanding
