Merged server messed up

HI, so since we've been merged with two other servers (not b!tching about we are far the youngest from them, and one has been merged already before), now theres a lot of things that went wrong:
1. problems with entering TWILIGHT CLASH - received just msg No Data, wait please = missed the first 5 minutes (my bad, havent made screenshot)
2. whole day get Log Failed in ALLIANCE EXPEDITION, attempt goes down, but no damage done

3. no Panda shards in CHECK-INS
4. CRAFT MASTER just disappeared, means no chance to craft any Shells for the ANGELS PARTY (which of course deleved back to 0)
5. Trying to access DIVINE REALM just doesnt work, stuck on loading and you have to refresh

There was more, but these are the ones, which are very annoying
Others maybe can exceed this list.

After our server was merged, Craft Master icon disappeared. Tycoon starts at reset?? Stuck with Philosopher stones too.

just remembered that my Alchemy is not working as well, says i have 10 free attempts (since im VIP10), but after opening, i just have to use diamonds to alchemize and no free attempts

all accounts were lost on S278 when it was merged what will be done to fixx this are you even trying to fixx the lost server of S278you gave every 1 a fresh nothing while the other server in the merge still kept every thing tickets havent been answerd and no mentor why

What use of Tickets? they are not answering them, they are Ignoring us... non of u did get us any feedback... just lame answers like "we are working on it"...
Tell us what is going on, or at least how long it would take to fix it, or even tell the truth can u fix it...
